Description

  • Populated a book of advocacy work by drafting one-pagers on benzene, the common safety orientation, IRP 29, and regulations regarding flowback.
  • Researched and authored an informational brief on methane, alongside drafts of strategic policy positions to support organizational initiatives.

Description

  • Identified 3,100+ potential member companies for Enserva to target by generating comprehensive contact lists utilizing a combination of artificial intelligence (AI) tools and manual research techniques.
  • Optimized the Enserva monday.com Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system by cleaning data, implementing automation, creating new boards for managing councils and accounting, as well as developing five new dashboards that were used in quarterly reporting to the board.
  • Redesigned the Enserva WordPress website using Elementor and custom CSS, updating the home page and members-only area, as well as creating a new, comprehensive Health & Safety and Policy library for members.
  • Authored comprehensive custom technical documentation for Enserva’s monday.com CRM system and facilitated one-on-one training sessions to mentor staff on utilizing the software.
  • Delivered technical support to internal councils and provided administrative assistance at Enserva events such as the State of the Industry luncheon.
  • Expanded industry acumen by participating in multiple educational sessions based around Enserva’s “Safe Sites, Strong Communities” industry guide, including a presentation on the guide at the Indian Resource Council’s Unlock the Pipeline Gridlock conference, where I learned from top-tier industry and political leaders.
